It's essential to trim your wick down to 1/4 inch from the wax with every burn.
Your first burn should burn 3-4 hours. Set your timer. Blow out your candle.
Once it's cooled you need to pinch off the black char ( before every burn ) then give it a light.
It's best to burn in 3-4 hour increments for longevity and for safety.
As always, NEVER leave a candle unattended.
Our candles burn differently in each home and every room, and every jar.
Some of the factors that effect a candle burn:
air circulation, temperature, humidity, and altitude. Yes, elevation matters!
These variables influence the way the candle flame behaves and how the wax melts, resulting in variations in burn time, intensity, and scent dispersion.
Every wick is made by nature. No two wicks burn the same, just as you see the rings in trees, every layer is impacted by nature at the time of growth.
