Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping is Flat Rate $8 

Orders over $75 = free shipping. Yay! 


If you are local, you may choose to pick up your package in Ely.

We typically  get your order out within 24 hours, unless it's the weekend.
if you order on a Friday after 12pm through Sunday , it ships on Monday.

When your Item ships...

When your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.

Please monitor the shipping status of your package.

It will arrive at the shipping address specified in the order within 1-5 business days from the time that email is sent for U.S. deliveries.
Once we drop it off at the ship station, it's out of our hands.

We have the utmost hope there will be zero issues.
However, the forces that be can sometimes take your package into the abyss.

If you don’t receive your package within a week, please contact us at 

You have 5 days from the date UPS, or USPS claims they delivered the order

to report a missing package. Reporting the missing package is your responsibility.

We can not be responsible for any lost packages reported after that time.

Summer shipping is crucial for speedy delivery.

Memorial Day ( or close to) thru September 30th

are our Summer Shipping dates

We ship all packages Monday & Tuesday depending where you live.

to ensure your packages do not sit in a warehouse or hot truck. 

Our packages may not be the most elegant and romantic,

however, they are packed for safe traveling. It's glass!

Damaged on Arrival?

If a package arrives damaged

please retain original packaging and contact us immediately by email.

Your order is adequately packaged with handling + transit in mind! While we do take care when packaging your order, damages can happen.  A damage claim will be filed with the shipping carrier

and we will work together to find a solution to your damaged product

(typically a replacement is sent to you once the damage claim has been filed with the shipping carrier).

We require pictures of the damage before shipping a replacement package.

Pictures needed: shipping label, full box view, top of open box, candle laid out in bubble wrap, plus a few more. It's essential you do not use the candle. 

The claims need as many photo's as possible.

Store Credit or Exchanges

We are not offering returns at this time, but I do want you to love your purchase!  

Should you feel strongly about discussing a potential store credit or exchange, please contact me at within 72 hours of receiving your order.

I'm more than happy to work with you to find a solution that works for both of us,

but please be conscious of the nature of our products.

All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep the tracking information until your return has been processed. Any packages sent back to Five Pines Candle Co

(without direct instructions specifically stating to return the item)

will not be accepted and the package will be returned to the sender.

We do not assume responsibility for packages containing returns that are lost

in transit or packaged poorly. We do not reimburse return shipping costs.

We do not replace orders that are shipped with no tracking information.

At this time, we cannot accept returns for disliked fragrances.

All Product purchases are final sales. No returns or exchanges.
